Inspection of outside of home to include * If pool, ensure water level and maitenance * Check windows for evidence of leakage, damage, or forced entry. * Removal of any trash in yard * Pick up Newspaper and Mail * Check roof and gutters for damage from ground level * Check outside walls for damage * Check lanai door to ensure it’s locked and check screen integrity * Communicate with landscaping service to ensure proper maintenance Inspection of inside of home to include * Water will be run thru appliances that include kitchen and bathroom sink, dishwasher, washing machine, bath tubs, showers, and disposal. This is to ensure there are no leaks and ensure seals do not dry out. * Check ceilings and walls for water leakage and cracks
